JT3 - The JT3 Mission

JT3 is a joint venture company that was created solely for the purpose of providing engineering and technical support to the J-Tech test and training ranges. JT3 has joined with uniquely qualified subcontractors to form the JT3 Team. The Team is formed into a single organization with a common set of procedures and processes. Every employee, regardless of company affiliation is a member of the team. Each is empowered to participate in the construction of the Team organization, the Team's procedures and processes and the change process
