JT3 - The JT3 Team

For the J-Tech (Joint Range Technical Services) contract, EG&G and Raytheon determined that the combined strengths of our two companies provide a powerful answer to meet customer requirements. Moreover, we realized that the JT3 team would be further strengthened with the addition of carefully selected subcontractors. We selected two world-class companies, Unisys and CH2M HILL, based on the critical importance of information technology, communications, and environmental management.

Unisys is the world's second largest systems integrator. They are expert in managing, integrating, and maintaining information technology and communications systems, and ensuring the integrity of classified information, especially while incorporating new technologies that enhance productivity and efficiencies.

CH2M HILL is the Number 1 environmental engineering firm in the U.S., as ranked by the Environmental News Record. This status is based, in part, on their superb record of delivering thousands of quality projects to the Department of Defense (DoD). Currently, CH2M HILL is helping the Air Force by performing an assessment of more than 20,000 compliance sites at Air Force installations to develop a top-to-bottom ranking of environmental costs attributable to each site. CH2M HILL is a preeminent leader in applying environmental sustainability with an emphasis on pollution prevention and industrial safety and health.

These two companies offer a vast personnel and technology resource base ensuring retention of critical skills. Building a subcontractor team of world-class performers not only broadens the experience base of JT3, but also adds value by bringing best commercial practices from multiple industry segments, innovations, and fresh ideas. Our management team includes additional subcontractors, each a leader in their field, and each assigned critical responsibilities and tasking across the entire J-Tech contract. These include:

Arcata Associates: Operations and maintenance support, technical software and hardware support, sustainment engineering, and technical materiel control.

ARINC: Aircraft modifications.

ATAC: Flight test engineering and analysis.

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI): Flight test support modeling and simulation related to mission planning, performance and post-test data analysis, and scenario simulations.

L3 Communications Titan Group: Flight line support, Time-Space Position Information (TSPI) Scoring System operation, logistics management, technical materiel control, and ancillary support.

Spiral Technology Inc.: Laboratory support and modeling of missile and threat systems data.

TYBRIN Corp.: Test Range training systems and flight line technical, operations, and maintenance services support.
